At 1609 hours, Station 7, EMS Station 79 and 19 were dispatched to Three Notch Road and Jones Wharf Road in Hollywood for a collision. Rescue Squad 7 and Captain 7(Taylor) responded on the incident with 5 Volunteers.

Captain 7 arrived on location shortly after dispatch, with a 2 vehicle "T-Bone" style collision and established the Command. Crews evaluated 2 patients and assisted EMS with Patient care. One patient was deemed a Trauma Patient and a Helicopter was requested by Command to transport to a Trauma Center. One patient was transported to St. Mary's Hospital while the second Patient was transported to the MSP Hangar for Trooper 7 to transport to the Trauma Center.

At 1620, while the Rescue Squad was operating on the collision, Station 7 was alerted to assist EMS with a patient having seizures on the roof of a building. Engine 72, Truck 7, and Chief 7A responded on the incident with 7 Volunteers.

Engine 72 and Truck 7 arrived on location with Engine 72 OIC establishing the Command. Crews found one patient who was possibly having a seizure and needed to be removed from the roof. The Engine and Truck crew set up the stokes basket to remove the patient from the roof.

The patient was removed from the roof in little over 15 minutes and turned over to EMS personnel for transport. Ambulance 196 transported the patient to the hospital and all units cleared the scene and returned to service.

All units from Station 7 returned to quarters at 1710 hours.
